Dexamethasone when administered topically, it has a very strong anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effect.
It is used primarily in the local treatment of pain associated with inflammation, e.g. irritation of nerve roots in the course of discopathy of the lumbar spine ("radiculopathy") and episodes of sciatica.
Administered intravenously it is used to treat cerebral edema associated with a brain tumor, epileptic seizure or prolonged migraine attack or migraine status, and in certain headaches.
Lidocaine is a local anesthetic drug that works by blocking the conduction of pain stimuli.
It is most often used in local pain treatment
in combination with a steroid, e.g. in irritation of nerve roots
in the course of discopathy of the lumbar spine ("radiculopathy") and episodes of sciatica.
Administered intravenously is used in the treatment of spin-type vertigo - vertigo.
Vitamin B preparations
the intramuscular form is a combination of vitamins B1, B6 and B12 in optimal proportions.
The addition of the anesthetic lidocaine significantly improves the comfort of intramuscular injections - the administration is practically painless.
The complex of vitamins B1, 6 and B12 is used in treatment
